What will happen in Power midseason finale?

The mid-season finale of Power season six is titled No One Can Stop Me.

Things have not been looking god for Ghost (played by Omari Hardwick) who has had Tommy (Joseph Sikora), Tasha (Naturi Naughton) and Blanca (Monique Gabriela Curnen) out to bring him down.

However, Ghost could have the last laugh as there have been some major hints throughout the final series that he may kill his former wife Tasha.

In episode nine of Power, Tasha told the police that Ghost had killed her lover Terry Silver (Brandon Victor Dixon) after Ghost attacked her at her home.

If Ghost was to find out Tasha went to the police, he may take revenge by killing her.

Power showrunner Courtney A Kemp did tease there would be “a big death” in the mid-season finale and for now, all signs point to Tasha being the latest victim.

Speaking to Hollywood Life, Kemp cryptically revealed: “Okay. So episode eight [is]big. Big death. Episode 10, bigger death.”

The death she’s referring to in episode eight was that of Lakeisha (La La Anthony) who was killed by Tasha.

When Power returns to screens in January 2020, it will likely pick up form the major death that will occur in the midseason finale.

Kemp told TV Guide: “Episode 10 is cray. Then [episode 11]to [episode 15]are a way to explain what has happened.”
