Meghan Markle heartbreak: Duchess makes plea to Instagram followers – ‘Don’t be fearful’

MEGHAN MARKLE and husband Prince Harry have posted an emotional message to their millions of Instagram followers, urging them to “not let fear stop you”.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex updated their social media account on Monday with a powerful quote for their followers to enjoy. The quote reads: “Courage doesn’t mean you don’t get afraid. Courage means you don’t let fear stop you.” This comes after the recent ITV Documentary that revealed the pressures and struggles that the Duke and Duchess have been facing in recent times.

Meghan captioned the photo: “An inspiring quote to begin the week!”

Fans of the couple flooded to the social media site to show gratitude and support following the post.

One fan wrote: “Amen, thank you and many prayers for strength and continued courage!”

Another user said: “An amazing quote by an amazing woman. Thank you for sharing. Keep shining Harry and Meghan.

“You are both amazing doing wonderful things.”

Another fan simply stated: “#True”

Other fans of the royals bombarded the comments section with praise and support for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.

The quote posted on the social media site came from Bethany Hamilton, a 29-year-old American professional surfer, who survived a brutal shark attack in 2003 and has since written her own autobiography on her near-death experience.

The post comes as the Duke and Duchess approach their first appearance since the groundbreaking ITV documentary aired this week.

The couple are due to make an appearance with other members of the Royal Family throughout the week as Remembrance Sunday approaches.

On Thursday, Prince Harry and Meghan will attend the 91st Field of Remembrance at Westminster Abbey alongside Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall.

Following that, Harry and Meghan will join the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge along with the Queen, Prince Charles and Camilla on Saturday, for the Festival of Remembrance at the Royal Albert Hall.

And then on Sunday, the royals will attend the Remembrance Sunday service at the Cenotaph in Whitehall.

This will be the first time that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex will be seen in public with other members of the Royal Family since the release of their documentary, in which both Harry and Meghan voiced worries and spoke of the scrutiny that they have recently faced.

This most recent quote is the tenth of its’ kind to be posted on the Sussex Royals Instagram account, which has over 9m followers and has shared 149 posts since beginning in April of 2019.

It comes as Meghan wad dubbed the second “most unpopular” Royal Family member alongside Prince Andrew.

In the Public First Poll for Metro, around 41 percent of those asked saw Meghan positively, while 29 percent viewed her negatively.

For Prince Andrew, nearly half had a negative view of him, leaving him the most unpopular member of the Royal Family.

However, Meghan’s approval rating climbed up to 66 percent with 18 to 24-year-olds.

While 1,005 people were surveyed, opinions divided across age and political lines, with the Duchess being popular among the young and those who typically identify with being politically left.
