Logan Paul meets KSI in the boxing ring tonight in their highly-anticipated rematch – but how much does the YouTube sensation make and what is his net worth?
Logan Paul initially made a name for himself on the video-sharing app Vine.
The American amassed millions of followers on the platform doing comedy sketches.
When Vine shut down in 2017, he switched his focus to YouTube.
Paul’s following grew rapidly and he now has over 19 million subscribers.
Speaking about his career in 2015, he said: “I want to be the biggest entertainer in the world.
“That’s my deal. I’ll do whatever it takes to get that. As many hours as is needed.”
Paul has also grown his popularity across various other social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Snapchat.
He took on fellow YouTuber KSI in an amateur boxing match at the Manchester Arena in August 2018.
That bout ended as a draw and the stage is set for a rematch at Los Angeles’ Staples Center.
How much is Logan Paul worth?
Paul’s net worth is estimated at £14.87million ($19m), according to Wealthy Gorilla.
Forbes reported that the internet star made £11.35m ($14.5m) before taxes and fees between June 1, 2017, and June 1, 2018.
That figure made him the 10th-highest earner on YouTube that year.
His income is generated through YouTube ad revenue, sponsors and merchandise sales.
Paul has also appeared in a number of films and television shows.
He starred in YouTube’s ‘The Thinning’ and also featured in ‘The Space Between Us’, ‘Can’t Take it Back’ and ‘Airplane Mode’.
His TV appearances include stints on ‘Law & Order’ and ‘Stitches’.
Paul reportedly earned around £3.91m ($5m) for his first fight against KSI.
His guaranteed purse for the rematch is set at £704,000 ($900,000), excluding add-ons.
