KSI vs Logan Paul 2: Tony Bellew explains stance on ‘insane’ fight and makes joke offer

Tony Bellew is not too impressed with KSI and Logan Paul’s upcoming fight.

Tony Bellew insists the “insane” fight between KSI and Logan Paul is not the future of boxing, even though he offered to fight both of them at the same time.

The two YouTubers will lock horns tonight in a highly-anticipated six-round rematch at the Staples Center in Los Angeles after their draw last year in August.

KSI and Paul will fight in the main event, leaving the likes of Billy Joe Saunders and Devin Haney on the undercard, as millions are expected to watch the two internet personalities in action.

Even though Bellew is impressed with the likelihood of this rematch selling over one million pay-per-view buys he insists it is “nonsense” to suggest either one of them is the future of boxing.

The legendary boxer told talkSPORT: “You can’t knock it, you’ve gotta give them fair play and credit for doing it.

“But to start saying it’s the future of boxing, give me a break, don’t talk nonsense…

“I’m not gonna lie to you guys, it’s probably gonna do more buys than 90 per cent of pay-per-views.

“That’s the crazy situation we’re looking it, it’s just insane.”

Bellew, though, hinted that he could agree to share the ring with both KSI and Paul on the same time in the near future.

However, he would only agree to that two-on-one match for no less than $1million (£783,000).

Bellew added: “For a million dollars I’ll fight the two of them at once.”

The former WBC Cruiserweight champion retired last year after a celebrated career that saw him win 30 out of 34 fights.

The Bomber holds victories over the likes of David Haye, BJ Flores and Nathan Cleverly.

He also crossed over to Hollywood where he played in the Rocky spin-off Creed.
