Gemma Collins has revealed she would totally do a Paul Hollywood and dump boyfriend James Argent if he refused to sign a non-disclosure agreement.
Paul Hollywood, 53, dumped his 24-year-old girlfriend Summer Monteys-Fullam after she refused to sign an NDA to stop her disclosing details about Paul’s family and private life – and Gemma thinks his actions were totally justified.
‘In the past, James and I did have conversations and I said to him both of us would sign a prenup,’ claimed the GC.
‘And if James didn’t sign an NDA, I’d be like “see you later honey”.’
Gemma told The Sun: ‘I totally back what Paul Hollywood did.’
Gemma and her Towie co-star boyfriend have had their ups and downs in the past, so it’s no wonder the savvy businesswoman would want to protect her financial interests in case the relationship did go south.
Paul’s solicitor said he was the one that suggested the ‘standard’ NDA be signed by the Great British Bake Off host’s girlfriend to protect his client’s interests.
He said in a statement: ‘I asked Summer to sign an NDA as is standard practice in order to protect Paul’s family and their private lives.
‘Summer insisted that she had no intention of selling any stories to the press and declined.
‘I think that her refusal to discuss or sign it caused concern, understandably, so it’s not entirely surprising that they have gone their separate ways.’
Their split has taken somewhat of a dramatic turn since then, with The Sun claiming Paul has installed electric gates and changed the locks on his mansion so that Summer could not return to his house.
The couple had been dating for around two years, and Summer had moved into Paul’s £1million mansion six months before their split.
