Former Love Island star Chris Hughes has given an update on his plastic son Cash Hughes.
Chris was aware this year’s crop of islanders would be given the parenting task, where each couple would have to look after a fake baby for the day.
He and then-girlfriend Olivia Attwood called their son Cash, and the ex-islander was smitten.
It looks like he still keeps up with his ‘child’ today, as Chris shared with his followers on Twitter how the little one was doing.
He tweeted: ‘Quick update, Cash is good, 2 years wiser and more confident in day to day life. Couldn’t be prouder.’
Chris and Liv might have broken up, but his love for Cash Hughes is still strong. Bless.
On Wednesday night’s episode the couples successfully passed the task, even tough Anna Vakili refused to help Jordan Hames take care of their baby.
Molly Mae Hague and Tommy Fury, and India Reynolds and Ovie Soko were declared the winners of the task.
But the night ended on a sad note as Anna and Jordan rowed again after he tried to crack on with India behind her back.
Jordan eventually ended things (the cheek!) before Anna stormed off.
And like their relationship, their time in the villa ended as they became one of two couples to be voted off after receiving the least amount of public votes.
Chris Taylor and Harley Brash also got the chop, with viewers mourning the loss of Chris as he had become popular since arriving at the villa.
There are just days to go until the final on Monday, where India and Ovie, Molly Mae and Tommy, Curtis Pritchard and Maura Higgins, Belle Hassan and Anton Danyluk or Amber Gill and Greg O’Shea will be crowned the winners.
