CURTIS and Maura’s relationship looks doomed to fail after Love Island wraps.
Maura Higgins was left unsatisfied on last night’s Love Island.
The self-confessed ‘horny devil’ was frustrated after she was turned down in the bedroom by Curtis Pritchard.
Despite straddling the professional ballroom dancer under the covers, Curtis awkwardly confessed he was “tired” and didn’t want to have sex.
The next morning the excuses just kept on coming as Curtis explained to the Irish ring girl he didn’t want to get hot and heavy with her because he had a headache and was too sleepy.
However, his remarks fell on deaf ears, with Maura warning: “I am losing my patience!”
Nomin Bayaraa, founder of new dating app Blixr, revealed exclusively to Daily Star Online things are not looking good for the pair romantically, stating Curtis’ reluctance is making Maura feel “unwanted”.
She said: “The first thing to remember here is that Curtis does not owe sex, or anything else, to Maura and it is always his right to say no.
“Beyond this, it is an issue of communication. If Curtis’ reluctance is making Maura feel unwanted and causing an emotional divide between the two of them, then this is something they need to discuss.
“If the ‘rejected’ partner can try to empathise with the way their other half feels then the ‘rejected’ partner will not feel like the dismissal is personal. This then opens the door for the couple to support each other.”
Nomin also detailed how the lack of emotional support will result in the downfall of a couple, and explained how their incompatibility will damage any sort of long-term relationship.
She continued: “This emotional support will often result in the return of physical intimacy. But, for this to happen, both partners need to be willing to open up fully about how they are feeling.
“With Curtis and Maura, the fact that these signs of incompatibility are present so early on in their relationship does not bode well for their chances on the outside. After all, sexual compatibility is the bedrock of any romantic relationship.

Love Island continues on ITV2 at 9pm.
