BUENOS AIRES, Argentina – Miguel Muñoz, a street cleaner, was killed when a homemade bomb exploded in front of a police academy in the southern city of Cipolletti on July 13, officials said. Police said a search of the area led to the discovery of another bomb outside the office of Telefónica de Argentina, but police were able to deactivate it. “The explosive devices were made with a cylinder of gas connected to an electric wire,” a police source told media outlets, including EFE.
